Endeavour Hills Specialist School is a state of the art, purpose-built Specialist School. Built in 2021, the school has the capacity to enrol up to 288 students. The schools most significant features include:
Within each learning neighbourhood there are two specialist spaces: a dry lab and a wet lab. The dry lab supports media and communications, drama and physical activities. The wet lab is for art, science, home-craft and technology studies. In addition, specific learning neighbourhoods also have a life skills room.
The administration building encompasses administration, library and staff facilities. Also known as our ‘Centre of Excellence', the space additionally includes staff, conference and meeting spaces to facilitate various training and visitor meetings.
The community hub building includes a competition-grade physical education gymnasium and associated amenities, a fitness area, a space for performing music and art, a multi-purpose space, a kitchen and dining space for food preparation, and student and staff amenities. It is intended that the sports facilities would be accessible by the community for use outside school hours.
The design of the school has provided each learning community building to be connected with a series of outdoor learning areas and play spaces, to offer our students the ease and flexibility to undertake a diverse range of indoor and outdoor activities throughout their learning journey at the school.
